Concerns and Complaints.
At Whipperley Infant Academy we work hard to ensure that we meet the needs of our children, parents and the wider community. We strive to ensure that we have honest, open relationships with all our stake holders and know that the vast majority of concerns and complaints can be resolved informally. There are many occasions where concerns are resolved straight away and the senior leadership pride themselves on being welcoming and accessible to our children, parents and community - we are always happy to listen to any concerns big or small. If for any reason you are not happy with the way your concern has been dealt with please follow our complaints five stage procedures.
If you have a complaint about our school you should follow the school's procedure but if you are still not happy you can forward your complaint to OFSTED.
